Andrew Dailidonis
General Manager
Originally from Toronto, Canada, Andrew has been in Florida for 22 years. To compliment his Business Management education in Ontario, he was appointed a Class A Professional with Canadian PGA 1988 and with PGA of America in 1995. Collectively, his trade experience spans almost 30 years, however his ten years at The National Golf Club of Canada, a private exclusive club rated number one in Canada, played an instrumental role in his career. He was the Head Professional for four of his last ten years at NGC. Andrew began his Florida career in 1995 and has been honored to work with the distinguished MG Orender, President of Hampton Golf, ever since.
Andrew has worked at various facilities throughout the years. Leaving NGC was a large professional risk for Andrew, but one that has proven successful. His southern career began as Director of Golf & GM of Cypress Head in Port Orange, FL and Club Manager at a few semi-private facilities in Palm Coast, FL. He moved to Southwest Florida in 2011, where he oversaw operations at the Quarry, Riverwood & Plantation, under the Hampton Golf umbrella. Andrew was selected as Plantation Club Manager in January 2017.

Vicki Stephenson
Membership Director
Vicki is originally from Pittsburgh, PA and has lived in Florida for the past 13 years. After arriving in Florida, she accepted a position at The Whitney Education Group as a Corporate Meeting Planner. She moved to Naples and obtained a position with Coral Hospitality as an Executive Assistant. After 1½ years at the corporate office she accepted the Executive Assistant position to Doug Reed at The Quarry where she assisted him in opening The Golf Lodge at the Quarry and The Lake Lodge. She then transferred to The Plantation to become Executive Administrator & Membership Director she also helped in the opening of the Amenities Center in Somerset and has been here for 9 years and enjoys every minute of it. She enjoys golfing and spending time with her 5 grandchildren they are the light in her life.

Charles Bisignano
Director of Golf
Charles is originally from Leesburg, Florida. Charles is a Class A Golf Professional with the PGA of America. He has over 30 years experience in the golf industry with vast experience in tournament organization and membership services. Charles has worked in various country clubs in Florida including most recently Buckhorn Springs as the Director of Golf and at the Cypress course at The Grand Club in Palm Coast as the head golf professional. Charles also was the Golf Instructor of the year in 2003 and Merchandiser of the Year (Private Club) 2012 in the North Florida East Central Chapter. Charles has worked here for the past 6 years.

Brenda Werner
Controller
Brenda is originally from Chambersburg PA. She has lived in Florida for over 30 years. She is an accountant with over 25 years of experience in Club Accounting. She has worked at various country clubs such as Crown Colony, Riverwood, and Wilderness Country Club. She has two children and 4 grandchildren that she loves to visit and spend time with.

Katelin Hammett
Head Golf Professional
Katelin, a native of Port Huron, Michigan, graduated from Ferris State University with a Bachelor of Science in the Professional Golf Management Program (PGM). While at Ferris State, she was a member of the Women's Golf Team (NCAA DII). In January 2020, Katelin became a PGA of America member. With a strong background in coaching and management, Katelin has overseen operations across multiple locations, driven by her passion for creating an exceptional environment for all Plantation Golf & Country Club members. Most recently, Katelin served as the First Assistant Golf Professional at Bonita National Golf & Country Club, where she managed golf operations, merchandise, tournament operations, private coaching, and clinics. Prior to her role at Bonita National, Katelin was the Academy Coordinator at Henry Brunton Golf Academy for four years, contributing to operations, administration, and coaching across three regional locations: Orlando, FL, Irvine, CA, and Toronto, Canada. Katelin also completed PGA internships at two private country clubs in the Midwest—Hinsdale Golf Club in Hinsdale, IL, and Port Huron Golf Club in Fort Gratiot, MI. These internships provided her with valuable experience in outside operations, inside operations, and Ladies Golf Associations.

Brad Caporini
Golf Course Superintendent
Brad comes to us from Aileron Golf Club, where he has been the Superintendent since 2018. Before that position, he was the Superintendent at high-end clubs for many years, such as Old Corkscrew Golf Club and Fiddlesticks Country Club. Before those positions, Brad enjoyed his experience at the Greg Norman-designed Ritz-Carlton Resort at Tiburon Golf Club. Brad received his degree in golf course management from Edison State Community College and is a member of the GCSAA. Brad's family includes his wife, Monica, and son, Bruno, and they are expecting a baby girl in December. He will join us on Saturday, October 19, and we are very excited to bring him to The Plantation Golf & Country Club.

Leury Peguero-Beras
Executive Chef
I was born in the Dominican Republic and in 2004 re-located to a small town 15 minute outside of Boston Massachusetts call Lynn. I graduated from Le Cordon Blue School of Culinary Arts. Worked in multiple acclaim restaurants in the city of Boston and for one of the largest Senior Living community in New England. I moved to Florida to be closer to my daughter in 2016 and started to work at the Pink Shell Beach Resort and Marina as a Sous Chef. I became the executive Sous Chef and helped open 2 successful concept restaurants within the resort. After the pandemic I re-opened the resort food and beverage department as the acting Executive Chef. Now I have landed at The Plantation here I hope the members and their families will enjoy all of the wonderful things I have instore.

Edwin Gomez
Food and Beverage Manager
Edwin Gomez was referred to the Club by a few Team Members. He has a degree in business administration and resort & hospitality management. Edwin previously worked at the Ritz Carlton, Pink Shell Beach Resort, Hyatt Regency & Westin in Southwest Florida locations leading operations in banquets, bars and restaurants. Beyond that, you will find Edwin to have a service heart while being proactive, friendly and professional at his trade.
